Wher i live now there are houses that are owned that are grown in to the point the city has fined but nothing yet had been done. i remember this couple with a small child who moved in to one of these houses and agreed to pay back taxes monthly for ownership. I spoke to the couple they cleaned the yard up a bit made it look presentable compared to the rest of the abandoned houses. Two years later i seen them moving out and asked what happened here the owner changed their mind because of family problems and needed the home for a criminal family member. I watched this poor couple move out who were quiet and pleasant. Then when the owners family member moved in it was gunshots police addicts etc. It was bad. I thought about moving and selling until the person was put in jail. Then also i thought about how much i would have rather had someone paying the minimum for a rental to fix the owners problems and keep the area safe then the owners family destroy the community.

I have always thought they didn't need inspection stickers. Play I might have taped doors in that on back in her day but I have never seen that know people still would make sure their vehicles are safe for their families such. The garages don't want to lose that money.

Kids' attention spans would not work with longer school days.

I actually only ever attended school 4 days a week (religious exemption) and I was a straight A student, got a ton of scholarship money, and have a bachelors degree. The only thing about t his that gives me pause is the leaving earlier and staying later- the school day is already too long and if teachers are efficient, theres no need to extend it (plus theyd make. more $ bc of less hours and theyre paid NOTHING- I would know, I was a sub teacher for years)
